Twingo Adey's Twingo GT (F4R+T 2.0ltr engine swap)

had a quick google, 300 to 550bhp turbo....😬 im going to guess its abit over kill for my aspirations and 1149cc engine. might get boost by 6k if im lucky 😟 would be a very short 300rpm power band then 😂

Decat fitted today, i did some reading and even asked the question of how to do it as the internet chatter said it was a crap job with driveshafts having to come out. Not sure what the fuss was about tbh, was a peice of piss even on my back under the car on axle stands. Anyway old cat off with its 40mm pipe work and the 50mm decat pipe back on. Noise has jumped a little but not too much whilst going around the block, hopefully it wont be too droney on the commute. Heat shield back on and to look at you wouldnt even know it was on there.

For future if anyone does it,

undo downpipe at turbo and remove lambda
undo downpipe to exhaust joint and remove lambda
undo lower downpipe to engine brace and remove the brace/bracket
remove downpipe/cat brace on RH side of engine

This should leave you with the dowpipe/cat floating, turn it upside down so turbo inlet to cat is pointing at the floor

remove dogbone mount and push the engine forward, cat will fall out of the gap with a little tug.

Easy as (y)
