You could prob do a pikey style conversion which would be to use parts from others car like: rover turbo, turbo diesel IC, turbo diesel boost circuit etc etc. The cheapest it could be done for if you did all the work your self would be about £2k including mapping etc.
The power figures and spec your asking for are simliar to my conversion so hear are just some of the parts you need:
Garret T28 turbo= £600
Low comp cast turbo pistons=£250-300
IC=£100 or charge cooler=£300 (with all ancilliaries)
Boost circuit and pipe work= £100-£150 and t/b adapter and large induction filter
Front mounted oil cooler=£110
Turbo HG= £100
Uprated clutch= £120-£300
Custome turbo exhaust mani=£250=£300
Custom down pipe=£200
Map sensor=£50-£100
Dump valve/BOV=£100
Oil feed to turbo=£50
Oil return depending on method (mine is standalone elec oil pump =£80) or straight return.
Bigger injectors/hi flow=£100-300
Custome Mapping=£300-600 or generic turbo map=£200
Uprated or new crank shaft bearings=£???
New or refurbed oil pump and spray jets=£100
Then you got to think about rebuilding and replacing everything ie: cam belt, aux belt, rebuild head, oil seals etc etc. Then you got to factor in the time an effort you need to put into this!
Its just a massive job and its the reason why there are less than 10 in the UK.
