I would get the fan working off the relay and rad switch mate. You dont need the external switch - if you ever forget to turn it on it will end up in tears.
Bolted the intercooler back on and secured the oil cooler temporarily while I do some miles to make sure everything is well no leaks etc. It's pissing it down now so won't be going out for a drive as my bonnet is not fitted. Got some more oarts though
Hello !
Well after a fairy shit day of not car related shitness I took the 5 for a blast to blow some of the dust of the car and make sure my latest additions were doing their job good news all works well first drive wit new wheels and tires and clean air filter oil cooler and new rad. Oh and new rear brakes.
The good bits pulls well I can here the turbo chirp again through the new filter no oil leaks no coolant leaks.
The not so good news
I think my OSR caliper is not working correctly, I think I need to bleed the coolant once more and now I have a bigger rad it looks like an awful mess between block and fan. The speedo is playing up you know waving about at me when it wants.
It put a big grin on my face from what was a shit day. Heres some pictures ....
Bonnet fitted for now it's been painted ages ago but have not had chance to fit it. The vent will need bonding in at some point. I could not wait to get this bonnet back on but now it is im not sure I like it!!

It's about 1" longer than standard pump so I furted that yesterday I still need to check if the pump alone will do the job or if I have to mess about with the FPR or carb or both! I have a hub dyno session at AET turbos on Wednesday so we shall see what figures I geT
