Big turbo dug out of the scrap pile. I took it apart to make sure everything looked good inside and to drill and tap the compressor cover to blank a pipe off. Still might never make it onto a car but I was a little bored this morning. 20201218_104700.webp20201218_100226.webp20201218_095413.webp

thought about it but the stock turbo is so small I don't think there is much to gain high end where I want the gains. I want a turbo to flow higher up the rev range not deliver more torque at low rpm.

Just for future ref.

Also parts on the way, 4 bar fuel pressure reg to give me a tiny bit more scope from my injectors without slapping huge ones in and an R35 GTR fuel pump. My thinking is the GTR runs 2 of these and will do 600bhp all day long so one should be a capable of 300bhp, plenty more than i need.
