Clio 225 Clio Build

Yes.

I believe the clios also changed between phases ..
I think you're right, the Phase 1 had a return, the later ones didn't....my '53 172 is returnless. If I turbo'd it i'd switch to the method in the diagram.

So...if the reg is in the tank then, is it Pump to a T-Piece, one line goes to the reg and one to the rail and it works by relieving the pressure almost like an oil pump relief? If so, does it allow for boost pressure or does it just run such high fuel pressure it doesn't need to?
Interested to know how it works with a FI application.

Yeah exactly it's set

Well car went for mapping on Friday came out with 260bhp at fly and 200 at wheels had a slight leak from throttle body stopping us from going for more power

car made it's first appearance at a show yesterday all be it PFC at Knockhill nothing massive

Signed up for drag event at lunch time car did perform as good as I hoped first run launch control limited first and second gear then end of second and start of third there was no boost which turned out to be a vacuum pipe had came off

Bit more power would have been good but car drives so smooth power delivery is a lot smoother to but I asked for that
Thinking about cancelling mapping at end of the month until the new year so I can work through the issues and enjoy the car for first

sounds like a plan

Has to be the plan now....sent my map to Andrew Geer who owns clioturbo.co.uk so he can have a look at it as I posted a video of my turbo glowing red hot and he thought it was weird......turns out ignition timing is it out 10 degrees which is bollocks

Made a mistake not taken it to scoff

Unfortunatly another case of a crap mapper :(

Sorry to hear your bad news buddy

well ive spoke to a guy at the garage hes away to speak to the mapper...for some advice but if im not happy with it ill be heading to scoff already emailed him this morning to see when he had space just incase i needed it

If Scoff is packed out , try Paul @ RS Tuning. He is a highly regarded mapper as well. Based in Leeds for reference.

Scoff + Paul are the only two in the UK I trust.
