Mars #034 Getting ready for its MOT

I book it in at the local garage who we've always used. It's definately a no frills place but it's good honest work.
He mentioned rear brake pads have a few thousand left in them and will need changed, then he laughed when I said that'll be about 5 years time then :rofl:
I always wait with the car too, was pleased to see him washing his hands and removing overalls before getting in! :approve:

Sounds like a nice set up you have, I need to find a nicce local garage for such things.
I also think you need to drive it more [smilie=icon_eek.gif] (Although I am not one to talk, 0 miles so far this year)
It does look great, I have never seen a red one!!!
Does anyone know what happen to the other lovely red car owned by a chap on here, he had an accident at a Goodwood I think.
Both yours and his cars stand out as lovely examples of Mars Red.

I knows really should drive it more. I had no choice but to have it out yesterday in the torrential rain, and in a wierd way I enjoyed it!
I think the other car was Mulgari?? Never heard any more since. Hope it's being saved! One things for sure, the straight, clean Mars Phase 2's are definitely pretty rare!

Once you get stuck out in it doesnt really matter, it can be even more fun on a winding B road, makes it feel like a rally car :race: Plus a little less traction is much more fun/ involved/ risky!!!
On the plus side when you get back and its filthy you feel like you get an even bigger transformation after the effort to clean it.
