Mars #034 Getting ready for its MOT

Had the clio out of the garage for a dust off and check over prior to its MOT on the 7th (weather permitting)

Started first crack and ran as sweet as a nut, I think the front passenger tyre has a very slow puncture as I had to put air in it last year at the lakes and it looks slightly low again.

Some pics hopefully photobucket hasn't destroyed them too much!!

Nope it's still on original suspension! Funny you say though as I've always found mine to sit ever so slight lower in terms of arch gaps than others I've seen.

We could be uber geeky and bring a tape measure to the lakes meet lol

Bootiful! Had mine MOT'd last week and they struggled with the height on the brake test because l had put the original front splitter back on. Just about got away with it.

Do you guys book the car in for an MOT and wait while it is completed?

I usually take it to a specialist garage and they take it for MOT and I get a bill for all the bits of work carried out (MOT unrelated but costs me $$$)

I always wait with mine. Also I take it to an MOT station that doesn't do repair work, that way they don't look for things to fix....
