Cheers mate. I cant be arsed with a beacon, a bolt on one is too expensive for what it is.Love the chevrons.
Can you get a becon as well?
Such a well sorted LITTLE van! Great work @Brigsy
I’m a bit confused tho, how did the leaning out not show up whilst it was on the rollers? Thought the whole idea of the rolling road was the fact you can tune as if you are on the road? But reading your update, it reads as though the real data is coming when you are data logging whilst driving???
More load on the engine on the street and airflow which makes more boost pressure on this for some reason compared to the average megane. Was perfect on the dyno regarding afr and boost.
The issue is how the sagem s3000 controls the boost, with it closing the throttle to get boost back to target it goes lean. Absolulte dogshit ecu.
its a fairly common issue over a lot of cars if you google it.
Dyno is a great tool for tuning and optimizing ign and other parameters, but some engines need tuning/logging on the street unless tuned very safe. All the other cars ive had tuned have been spot on and pretty much identical fuelling and boost on the street, but you cant win them all.
In comparison my Extra van needed lots of load on the dyno to make the same boost pressure as on the street, when it was on carburettor.
The chevrons were a pre cut kit for Kangoo so made life easy when it came to fitting. Was the high vis a kit or a sheet and cut as you need? Been tempted to do it to Twingo for fun rather than respray/wrap in garish yellow..
