Another bit of tinkering. The clutch still wasn't how it should be, the fork clip wasnt sat correctly and it seems the slave rod was a little long. Those corrected but still some slack on the pedal, so that was stripped to reveal a worn master rod, very oval! Replacement to be sourced, or made up with a rose joint but just rotated the bush as a temporary solution.
As nothing else needed urgent attention and finally able to take full boost, it needed more. Dug out a bleed valve

Removed the pipework for dumpvalve delete

And removed the turbo as the bearings are on the way out

Hybrid T3 fitted with some pipework alterations and the split intercooler to throttle body flexi boost pipe replaced too.

Time for more boost!
