5 GT Turbo Fuel pump relay can anybody help me with how to test this properly

Hey people I had to bypass the fuel pump electrical system as it was not working properly can anybody give me any guidance on how to test this really properly so I can check whether it's working or not properly

its been a while, remove relay and bridge between the red an white wires? I think they are on opposite corners of the plug. If it runs fine then i think you need to bridge between the yellow and white so it works with just the ignition on.

Okay so an update I've traced the fault back to a connector for the drivers foot bad connection so I've bypassed it now when I turn the ignition on the pump fires in and stays on I thought it was meant to prime for three seconds and then go off until ignition starts the engine then the pump kicks in constantly ?

It is. Sounds as if someone may have bypassed it already. Is there any extra wiring near the fuel pump relay? Or does the relay look like it has been opened up previously?

are you sure its the main pump?is the fuel light on?

TDC sensor is the trigger sensor that tells the aei (ignition module) when to spark. Its located on top of the gearbox near the joint to the block, it reads trigger teeth on the flywheel.
