Well - a bit disappointed in some area's. Don't get me wrong, it's 1000% better than it was, and tbf I would have to be a bit anal to start again, but I'm also quite happy with the results. I rushed the door and that shows in 1 or 2 area's which will require fixing some time down the line, and the front wing which I blended didn't really have sufficient original paint on it to take the buffing - an easy fix!. You have to look hard to see these points but they are there and I will be sorting them.

I've yet to see it in the daylight, that was last night at 11pm LOL. - No time!!!!!!!!!!

Karl - if you could give me your honest opinion on Saturday chap - I'd appreciate it, I've been staring at this side of Fluffy too long to not be biased one way or the other LOL.

New battery is doing well, no drainage issues to report and after a week of standing, he started no problems.

Last weekend did a 450 mile round trip back North, had some fun with bikes and Scoobies (and a mondeo tdi lol) of which all where very surprised. I'm so happy with the way he drives now even at 18psi he's a great hoot. My only problem now, is making sure I'm not too naughty.

Just got a middle of the range Halfords jobby Battery

And yes pulls well, and feels great in the bends also now, just need to get the bushes sorted. Need all the front. Just aint got time atm.

1. OK - Fluffy is dead,
   
   Lost power on Sunday @ Snetterton, had a few issues before the terminal blow as follows.
   
   1 - drive shaft started knocking (passenger) then finally spat the dummy.
2. the alternator started spewing out 16v unless my lights where on.
3. I think number 4 went foobar - pictures to follow!

Hopefully not Adey, all will be fine though, it doesn't matter what the problem is, it's all doable. I'll be staying C1J though. I just put the 172 reference out there for lively debate LOL.

Sorry to hear about the issues matey, be interesting to see whats inside. I'd be amazed if it hasn't dropped a valve looking at that plug.
