Hi guys - i cleaned my vee a week ago (i use Greased Lightning Showroom Shine) I noticed that the paintwork was still 'rough' to the touch. I don't trust myself to clay bar it so i had a pro to look this morning, he said he would clay it and then there are options (waiting for email) he mention a "glass type" top coat - done over two days - prob around £480 to do. He mentioned a Range Rover he did over a year ago and coating was still on it
Can I just ask you guys if you have any thoughts on this ? I don't want to spend £480 for 'a better' finish if it dissappears in 6 months - I can't really afford to keep doing this so my thoughts were get the paint smooth and then i trust myself to clean it in the best way i am capable of. I don't mind paying for extra protection as i use the car most days but it has to last to make it viable. Any thoughts are greatly appriciated [smilie=thanks.gif]
