Bit of a fucker, found some splits on the tb to intercooler pipe this morning. To be fair i noticed a small one a few weeks back but didnt repair it but now its got worse. For now its been bodged with a soldering iron and filled with some cable tie. Ive measured up the part i just need to get someone to make me one from ali, i can then replace all the plastic formed pipe with silicone and ali.
indeed just need to find someone to make one, that plastic inlet part is about 1 meter long in total and is one piece all the way to the stock intercooler in the wing.
Not sure if its the cooler as well as the boost leak fix but the car is definately stronger all around. Boost seems earlier too but im guessing that was due to a boost leak and pulls all the way to the limiter nicely. 8 mile sprint to work, 6 degrees outside saw me with a max inlet temp recorded at 11 degrees. Not bad but then its not pushing much boost to get hot. 7psi mainly with about 9psi on the factory overboost.
As far as I can remember it's complete, not running, possibly got 197 cams in it but would need to double check.
Think bits like brake flexis are off it and little bits like that but I'd say if there was anything missing it's only few small odd bits.

I honestly don't know, I believe the reg was the original to the car. It was RS Tunings old demo car which was supercharged, I believe they had it painted white.
