Clio Adeys Clio 182 with added F4R+t content

lol not quite, i think i had the le car 2 turbo over a year...... the family car has lasted alot longer (its the mrs car really) at about 3 and a half years now.

So this bigish part and a few others should be on their way soon. Found on FB, Funds are tight at the mo and i was actually tempted to put the engine build on the back burner for a while, this might give me a little nudge when it gets here though. Ive still got silly ideas of selling the clio and putting the turbo lump in a modus for shits and giggles

Some extra bits for the pile in the super messy garage. 406 master cylinder and custom downpipe. Everything is fitted loosely and still needs modding to fit perfectly but the main bits are there. Exhaust manifold needs some casting removing to allow the dp to fit flush, still need a few fitting for the turbo oil feed and then the return and then im at a point where i could effectively get it fitted and running. Soooooo tempted to drop the comp a little but if i open it up id want to atleast do a rod job on it..

Another tiny piece in the form of an oil thread adaptor. As we know i do things as cheap as possible, the oil feed line was a freebie from work but its end didnt fit the turbo. Initially i tried back at work for a way to join them together but came up short. Quick trip to Pirtek saw me with the correct fitting foc (y) still need to sort the block end of things though.

Looking good, the 225 turbo makes it nice and punchy but you will want more boost lol

Already eyeing up 250 and 20t upgrades, but then im defo into the standalone ecu, fuel setup upgrade and fully forged internals route. Starts getting expensive fast.

Im still in 2 minds weather to slap the thicker headgasket in and shoot for 250/60ish bhp

The plan was to do a turbo conversion at as close to 1k as possible, someone bet me i couldn't do it..... im really not far off tbh, the biggest cost will be the management side of things

What you planning using the scoff piggy back box thing and the turbo ECU map file he gives with it.

for now yeah, custom mapped. I think it will do a max of 12psi?
I ran mine on the STD map he supplied at 10psi with out issue. The car has I believe done several track days at that with no issue not even custom mapped.

I do keep looking out for it but it hasn't popped up for a while now

I’ve got a spare feed for block end mate. I think it’ll work for you.
