Clio Adeys Clio 182 with added F4R+t content

So far so good with the new injectors. Not as much as a sniff of missfire though it tried to idle low once or twice. That could be down to a few other things ive got disconected (pas pressure sensor) and to top it off she seems very eager to rev though it could be a placebo, definately gets better fuel economy too. Car was fulky loaded today with the family and all the stuff that goes along with them for a visit to la vie en bleu festival at prescott hillclimb. Reset everything last night after fitting the injectors and came back reading 40+mpg even after some fun.... will monitor that also and measure it by fuel used rather than the dash. The RAOC welcomed me to park up with them which was nice though getting out was a little embarrassing, road slicks and wet grass dont mix....

Not been up to much with the car this week, though i did get a few bits for the "t" conversion. Just a blanking plate for the turbo and a reducing silicone pipe so i don't need to weld the housing. It also gives me a little more freedom with the boost run when it gets that far.

I also managed to bag a cup spoiler in the correct titanium silver. A tidy finishing touch to any clio. Downside is the light doesnt seem to work.... grrr

Not much has gone on with this, the cars been returned to daily duties and racking up some millage. She currenly still returning just over 40mpg so i cant grumble. The tracking was still out so i took it in to be corrected this morning. The engine for her has been sat on a stand doing nothing. I need to sort some timing tools out before moving on to the next step really. A few little niggles to sort like the stereos ariel as i get one local station currently and it looses that as soon as i get into the hills a little. all in all bar the noisy dephaser its a great daily motor.

I have timing tools (although they're out on loan to a work colleague just now) if you're in need mate.

ill probably take you up on that soon bud, thank you.

Again not done much bar commute, still seeing 39.2mpg after some horrendous traffic recently. I still have what feels like a missfire/flat/holding back when initially starting the car from cold. It clears in about 60 seconds though and you can only feel it when you drive instantly.

I had a knocking when on bumby roads, i assumed the top mounts were knackered, what actually happened was id left them loose.....

Ive got around to reconnecting the rear speakers that had the wiring chewed up for some reason. I did have to go a little pikey for now as it has after market items fitted so solder and insulation tape was employed. Will be nice to have some tunes to listen to now :D

I also has some really creaky front wipers, sounded like something was broken in the wiper mech but it had just been missaligned. Theres a metal locating peg and grommet that it needs to sit on, so i put it back in correctly. I think i fecked it up back when i was messing with the washer tank for the mot.

all in all still been a good daily

Not much has gone on as of late with the clio, bar being used as a daily she has been faultless on her daily 40 mile commute. Millage has just dipped into the 90k now though 😭

Decided to sort an exhaust whistle out today, the car gives off a turbo esq whistle when pushing along. In the garage of crap i found a spare manifold to cat gasket so did a quick swap out of that. Hopefully its sorted the noise. Ive also started fitting up some oz f1s, still need to pick the other 2 up for the rear of the car. Adeyspec blast over with rattle can black and decals applied.
