Are window lifts / regulators interchangeable on Gordini doors ,have problem with drivers door lift but have spare passanger door complete .

No they're not. Definitely handed. You could try adapting one side to fit the other or swap motors over... I should have some spares if you need, although my stock is getting low these days!
