Wow. This has been a while. Car has been in daily abuse for a while now. Finding issues as I've gone and resolved them. Main one being ot needed a cat for the MOT and after grafting in a sports cat and failing to pass emissions about 5 times in a row I managed to find someone that could help me out
So the mot secured. 3"downpipe went on, stage 3 map acquired. New rad fan sorted as the downpipe was hitting the standard one.
Correct engine mount used, aux belt put on properly, and the thing is a ripper!
It's not quite the Clio mental but it's not far off.
Like my Renault?

It's awaiting me to get round to the brakes on it. I have the calipers. Discs need a redrill to 4x100 and I need the ultra expensive rare sliders but then their good to go on.
In other news. The c30 wheel bearing got done. It's just had focus at brakes on the front and they are doing a great job. New tyres on the front aswell.
The big xc90 has gone to a new home, and I've replaced it with an s max, don't worry, it has the focus at Volvo 5 cylinder engine in it, and the modding is already underway. Just need an intercooler then I can stage 3 map that to about 300hp. I've done the top turbo pipe which is the turbo noise killer. It's baffled! Unplugged the recirc and I've got the blank for that needing fitting but it's an absolute bastard to get to.

RS vac line mod for about £3 hose not the £45 they're charging which takes alot of tubing out of the bay, and has my patented collider intake grille. You should see the size of the air box on these!
I can see it needing a clutch in the near future aswell but so far so good. It'll tow the caravan swiftly.
And the Clio is no nearer coming back into service, as the Subaru decided to die in the fast lane on its way to the mot. I was risking it with a dodgy rad but I didn't notice that it had no coolant atall, head gaskets gone.

So that's currently in bits and waiting it's turn for an engine rebuild, for which it would be rude not to go for 350hp, just needs the injectors, and turbo.
I'll get to that zed one day...
Cheers
