5 GT Turbo The winter project. EFI and lots more

Thanks Clarkey, I've been looking at some adjustable Actuators that will allow me to run some different low pressure springs.

Will you be running a external gate ?
We played around setting up the VNT but with massive 30psi spikes, so we Plumbed in the external gate with a 1.5 bar spring and worked very well.

Little update regarding the twin fan set up....
They don't work :)
They are not big enough to cool the car down when running, they work well when the engine is off and electric water pump on.
This isn't ideal when you are sitting on the start line as I found out, having to keep switching car off.

A 12" Revotec slimline fan ordered. Very slim at 52mm so should fit nicely right down to the oil return pipe.

Surprising, considering an engine doesn't generate that much heat on idle by comparison. I used to be able to keep my 21 below the red using the heater blower lol

Update:
Decided to change the VNT and back to an internal wastegate turbo.
The VNT performed well and was more than a match on lap times compared to our old set ups.
Bernies Blowers has built me a turbo to try, so giving that a go.
Rollers booked at Track n Road on the 15th October for the remap.

Mixed day on the rollers. Only got one real run in @19psi to start.
Turbos looking good, spool up is between 2500/3000 and rises quickly and keeps going, so will be interesting. shame we had problems with the turbo oil feed preventing any more runs. Was looking to run 21/24psi.
202bhp @19psi.

they are good figures, what was the issue with the oil feed? saw some nice glowing pics on fb (y)
