Also I got a first batch of parts from Autodoc.
New handbrake cables, rear trailing arm bushings, new shock bearing set, H&R springs, brake pads and shock absorber protective sleeve (i don't know the actual english name). Hope to get the rest from Youngtimersclassics and GtTurboParts soon.

New parts today.
Thanks to Luka from Luna Tuning Luna Tuning - Tuning & audio as he got me NEW production Koni Sport front and rear shocks.
There is no partnership between me and him but I wanted to mention him as he was the only company willing to help me and even get what I wanted/needed outside UK. So if you are in need of anything Koni, car audio, wheels, Miltek exhaust,... related take a look at his webpage or write him an email, he ships allover EU.

And from Youngtimers it's door seals, fuel tank sender gasket, oil filters, valve cover gasket, water pump, fueč filter, hose kit, carb gasket kit, expansion tank, thermostat, rear calipers, bushing kit, bigger master cylinder, oil pan gasket and short boost hose. Still waiting on halfshafts, rear discs and bearings.

Last package from Youngtimers. Although I'm a bit sceptical about the rear discs.. If I had known I would get Ridex discs I wouldn't take them. I don't have any good or bad experience with Ridex parts but have read on some forums it's not that ok. Hope I'm wrong.
Also the box was torn apart during shipping from Autodoc to Portugal and then to Italy so I'm missing the oil pan plug kit😕

Last couple of days I spent repairing and preparing interior plastics.
After repairing the inside with polyester sheets and soldering plastics with fine metal sheet I used a shit ton of bondo to fill all the cracks. In the end it turned out really good.

I used textured bumper paint + some black pigment to get the shade as good as I could. Tomorrow I'll take a look at the finished parts if another coat is needed or that's it. Next time I still need to paint some minor parts, such as rear window mechanism, rear seatbelt covers and part of door cards.

I still need to clean the grills as there is a lot of paint stringing but it goes off really easily with a bit of compressed air.
The fact that I have no idea how to do any bodywork and paint and winging it most of the time makes me really happy when the results turn out as good as this.

First two parts are done.
The seatbelt slider or whatever it's called needs some reshaping to get the clearance gap just right. Just some reheating and it will be ok. I have no idea how I missed the dimensions of the radial cutout.. Well it's going to be on the other side of the car so nobody will ever know there is a small difference when it's going to be painted.

This small part fits like a glove although the mounting tabs broke as I'm printing with quite large layers, old PETG and with wrong printing orientation. But since it holds good I'm not going to make another version of it.

The last part - the seatbelt cover triangle was a fail as the part was 3mm too small and the mounting holes show trough. Will make another part tomorrow.

So I actually redid the whole seatbelt slider plastic part as some mistakes from the first design bothered me too much.
I still need to sand the whole part as the print doesn't look the best.
Is this part mounted with any screw or anything else or it just slides into place?

I also redid the seatbelt mounting triangle thing. Now it clips into place and stays there with no movement.

The rear seatbelt slider plastic is plastic welded in two spots. I know as 25 years ago, I foolishly removed mine. :( Wouldn't mind a pair if you make some. - please :)
Aha, so thats what those holes are on the bigger piece.
I could make them and ship them or just send you the .stl part if you have a 3d printer / know anyone who has it locally. I'm guessing the shipping and import tax from Slovenia to UK wouldn't make much sense.
