Had a little time this afternoon to extend exhaust and get everything ready for the wastegate.

Clarkey - those gaskets either side of the adapter are a bit hit and miss chap - mine where ok for upto about 180 bhp, but I spat out no end at over 200. I found that cleaned surfaces and past worked well for old Fluff. That said - they look easy to get to should you need to geet to where they used to be.

Thanks for the heads up, wasn't sure with the stainless adapter and cast.

eBay, Torques_UK? :D

Yeah Dave

blown a few of those apart.

Don't tell me that!!!!! already paranoid about the fuel system :)

Looking stunning Dave. What output are you looking for buddy?
And I can't wait to see this in action this year. Talking of which, you better get a move on right? When's the 1st meeting?

Thanks mate, be happy with 250bhp to be honest, want a strong reliable car.
No dates planned as concentrating on the car. When I'm happy we will go racing :)
6 grand right there!

Expensive stuff, could have saved a bit here and there on the fittings. went with the ultraflow bends after I read others were restrictive.

Downpipe all finished, so external wastegate that's the wastegate done.
Turbo's off to " Bernies Blowers " to have a play and set it to a bar boost. Might save us some time @EFI.
Soon as we can get on the ramp, swirl pot and lines next.

A starting point Andy, Scoff hopes to do the rest via the ecu. If not we will have to keep adjusting to get where we want.
We will be running at least 1.5 bar rest assured...:)
