5 GT Turbo The winter project. EFI and lots more

eBay. They have been on eBay for yonks, I saw em when I bought my T3 number in...2008...2009?
Dave, I could find lots of other stuff but never a T25 to T25. I just did a quick search on eBay UK and there was only 1 result. Looks like the one Clarkey is going to use. I even tried all the established turbo supply shops in the States too (ATP etc).

Anywho, get some pics up when it's all hooked up.

Ah, sorry it might have been T2 I saw then not T25? Or, maybe, i'm losing the plot :D

some awesome work going on, not sure if you have mentioned but are there any rules you are bound by for racing with regards to what you are doing?

Thanks Adey, as for the regs, all series are different. Some handicap you with weight, others a boost limit.
Main thing is to have the original block and head.

Wow that looks really high? Will it clear the bonnet? Will the new extended Downpipe clear the bulkhead blister? It would be better (maybe) is the adapter was angled?

Height is fine, lots of room.
Probably have to do something with the downpipe area due the VNT elbow.
Angling the spacer is an option, but will probably chop the bulkhead as being painted anyway.

Looking good mate. What wastegate are you using? Watch out for TIAL ripoffs, and cheap eBay tat, they are a total nightmare for sticking and causing overboost. The one i'm using is headed for the bin despite being replaced under warranty after 1000 miles, and the second one sticking after 120 miles and then being stripped, cleaned, polished the valve and opened out the guide and was sticking again 30mins later. As much pain as a £250+ TIAL or TurboSmart unit is, it's the only way to go!
