You seem to have a great line up of cars- we dont have many so far but hoping to get at least the same number of cars as 2 years ago. I will request that they limit our stands adjacent.

Hi John, indeed it is good to hear that. Your email may have got buried in my inbox. Apologies, but glad you managed to sort out a place. We were not sure of anything until very recently following the cancellation of the 2020 event. Hope to catch up at the venue.

Setup Passes
If anyone wishes to trailer their Vee and leave it overnight in our display area, this is certainly possible, but the drop-off and pickup must be done outside event hours. As such, you would need 'setup passes' for Thursday (29th July) and Sunday (1st August) so that you can drive the tow vehicle into the display area.

If you plan on transporting your Vee then please PM me the following:
Make and Model of the tow vehicle, its registration number, and how many occupants will be in the tow vehicle.

Looking at the email ref tickets it doesn't appear they are transferable especially the infield pass. It says it will have the car, owners name and the VRN and is only valid for that specific car.

That is a pity...but this would be a great opportunity for someone if they are willing to take you up on it. Transferring the ticket is not an issue, and Infield Display Passes haven't been posted out as yet. You need to hang on to the link that you used to download and print the 2 x entrance tickets in PDF format.

I have now received details of our display area and the sign-up form for the Parade Lap. Both are attached below. Please download, print, complete, sign and bring the latter with you to the event. NOTE: You must have a completed form or you will not be allowed to take part in the Parade Lap.

Our display area is in Zone 8 - you would need to zoom in quite a bit to locate it.

No one has received their Infield Display Passes as yet - usually these are sent out around 2 weeks before the event.

The fact that you haven't received a link to download your tickets is a worry - I have informed the organisers of this, and will be in touch when I have a response. There is plenty of time to resolve such issues though.

I have now received instructions that we need to follow in order to take part in the lunchtime Parade Lap on Saturday (31st). Attached below is a PDF that you can download, along with the other documentation. Please download, print, complete, and sign the Track Parade Sign On form and bring it with you to the event. NOTE: You must have a completed form or you will not be allowed to take part in the Parade Lap.

Please read and observe the instructions on Page 3, especially the timings
