For Sale Scrapping the 21 Diseasel

It has zero redeeming features and got a bit hot yesterday and I can't be bothered to fix it.

So... I will be scrapping it. I'll pull off any parts that are easy to remove then send the rest to the big car park in the sky!

Post here if there's anything you want.images.tapatalk_cdn.com_16_01_04_f4571975dd588b27feb9b6b06fdbcfd2.webp

The interior is different but some bits would transfer and work. They just wouldn't look right.

I'm not too worried how it looks while I get it back on the road, I can sort that later, so seriously interested in any bits that can be used e.g. comfy front seats & carpet maybe

Wing mirrors also

Rear seats would be nice but I assume they are different between the hatch & saloon

I wonder if the door moudlings ( the placcy bits on the outside ) would be worth saving.
I am aware the quadra / 2wd are flat , but I wonder if a body shop could fill / sand / paint them ? A lot are wobbly now so could be good having spares ?

OK! I will save the seats and the carpet. No idea if the rears are compatible.

Yeah - good idea. Mine are wobbly, but ok. I will keep the doors and bonnet anyway, along with the nosecone, headlights and indicators.

Wing mirrors are manual on the diesel, electric on the Turbo. The passenger one is smashed but I have a good 2nd hand one that I was going to fit.

I would like:
The suspension turrets cut out (if not rusty)
The rear arches cut out (if not rusty)
Can you measure how big the rear doors are, from leading edge to trailing edge (Savanna doors are longer for example), i'm interested in a OSR door if it has no rust
Both rear manual window winders
...please and thankyou.

You should cut the windscreen out with cheese wire and keep it for spare, you may need it for the Quaddie as new ones are rare now.

Jamesy you should meet me at Andy's house, i'll bring my Quadra, you can size up the bits against my car while I angle grind out the body parts I want. Andy can make tea and supply biscuits lol

Andy, considering comments above, would you let me know what you are wanting for the below items:

Front seats
Rear bench/backrest
Rear seatbelts

+bolts :)

I will leave the carpet & wing mirrors as potentially not a good match

Hi Andy,
If you would send parts to me to Luxembourg, front headlights with repeaters and front mask (or how you do call that, the part with the Renault sign on;-) )
I could be interested in the brake master and pedals to if it's non ABS.

We call that the Nosecone. You will want the under-headlight trims and front plastic grille too as the Turbo ones don't fit.

Yes, thanx! That's what i meant. My english improves every day i'm on here;-)
I have the trims and grill already from a french guy, and one headlight. But a spare one is always good. I am inspired from your thread to get more place for the IC and piping, and to build a removable front crossmember!
