retro gaming

JR

Old enough to know better
taking a trip down memory lane with a SEGA master systemII and some very retro games. Always played round my mates house as i didn't have one. NES is on order. Want to get a few others like the bbc acorn electron (my 1st home computer) and the playstation 1 etc. Lots of fun!

Anyone else have an old console they dust off from time to time?

Dude once you start you can't stop i've probably got a few hundred games and about 20 consoles/retro pc's! thats even after downsizing my collection!

I grew up with a SNES and then an N64. Cant beat a bit of mario kart. I still have them in a cupboard somewhere. I'm tempted to dig them out now.

I bought a N64 to USB adapter so I can play goldeneye and mario kart 64 on my PC and re-live my youth. Good times.

I think I have a zx spectrum in the loft somewhere! I spent many hours playing r-type on that old girl!
Only got a ps3 now console wise, but an old gameboy and Tetris would be cool.

pretty sure it was master system then megadrive :P sonic is on both.

i have both, but could'nt get em running on the tvs! need to find an adapter for the scart inputs.

Master system sonic came after megadrive sonic, it was bundled with some MS2's as the inbuilt game, the MS version is nearly identical to the GG version
