Repair for a 1989 Renault 5 GTS Wiper Arm - help please!

Hi all,

I am hoping you can help me out with this one. I have a slight issue with one of my front wipers. The plastic attachment between the wiper and the wiper arm has broken. None of the spares stores around me has any that fit. Any ideas?
