Mike or Bob are prob best bets for H/G and bolt's or a GSF for H/G but you will need to source bolts as don't think GSF sell them M10 x100 12.9 ring's a bell non stretch type
 
Gsf and euro have said they can't get the mellior. I'll order through one of the usual guys
 
Cgb delivery came yesterday with a full headset and bolts whilst I was at work, so this morning I have cracked on and got the head bolted back on. 1.9mm gasket and uprated bolts thrown in so should be good for a while. Torqued down to 75nm (some one correct me if that's wrong?) No pics of the work as the weather is crap. Off out for some Sunday lunch and hopefully finish up this eve. I will get it started up on the carb as is for now then I will remove it again and work on the jetting.
 
She starts and idles well. Turbo is chucking out oil now so will need to get a new one or this one rebuilt soon if I want to use it. Will give her a tweak and test drive tomorrow. Ran until the fan cut in and out a few times which is quite a while with the temperature down and the bonnet up. Hopefully all is well.
 
75nm...thats 55lb/ft...that sounds a bit low to me. I'd go higher on a tuned engine, probably 65lb/ft at least in 3 stages from the middle cold side bolt spiralling outward, then retorque after run-up by releasing one bolt off at a time and pulling it straight back around to 65.
 
still higher than the stock setting? 65lb/ft is massive for an m10 bolt in my opinion, anyone else gone that high with head bolt torque?
 
Head re torqued this morning and she drove around the block. That will do for now till I can sort a turbo out
 
do you think anyone would be interested in this? or would i be better off breaking? im potentially picking up a gt turbo needing some work so this would have to go if i got it. Engine has had alot of work done now, complete bottom end rebuild with brand new crank and 270 cam and now a 1.9mm headgasket with uprated bolts and valeo green box clutch. Might just break this and chuck the lump in the gt turbo then sell off all the unused bits.
 
One of the reasons I built this was due to gtt prices been way to high for me. I'm ment to be viewing one today needing work but in my price range thus this would go. Probably after fitting all the best parts to the gtt. Potentially might not come off yet
