Wow! This car has come a LONG way since I last saw it at Pod all those years ago.
The depth you've gone into is fantastic. I debated stripping my 5 to be dipped but I realized I wouldn't have much of a shell left if I did.
I'll definitely be following this build :i-m_so_happy.gif:

Thanks Scratchity Scratch!! It's nice to see some pictures of it complete again, with it being in bits, it's easy to lose sight of what it was/can become!!
Another day in the garage today continuing the slow laborious task of applying the Polyurethane seam sealer... It's amazing just how many seams there are to be done when you're looking for them!! I've not got most of the underside done now, so next step is the inside.
Yes the Polyurethane sealer is overpaintable. I'm glad you brought up the subject of underseal/stonechip Stottie, I'm still wondering what to do about that??
I'd a like the underside to be silver, not black, so Ideally i'd want an underseal or something that can be overpainted... or I don't underseal It's not as if this car will ever have to manage through the ravages of winter anymore?
Anti-stonechip paint is over-paintable with body colour. It's probably what was on there originally. The painters can apply it before painting. Underseal would ruin the lovely job you've done so far.
