Interested to find out how you get on Iain, what seats have you gone for?

To me it's still impossible to get them out from inside when they are bolted in from underneath... Lmao

I get it all now and can see how easy it is from inside the car, utilising the existing Clio runners.

Colin Evo 6 Recaro's for a bargain. Trip to Transcal in the new year before they go in the car and once I source a steering wheel too [smilie=yay.gif]

Phew! Glad someone has :)

Matt where did you buy the rails from? Icant see your type?

Capital seating mate.

Yep you need to use your old runners with all recaro frames,

Think yourself lucky you didn't need recaro alloy side mounts, they are a fooking rip off!!!

£70 each aren't they [smilie=icon_eek.gif]

Out of interest, are your Pole Positions the FIA or the ABE model?

I'm asking because I'm considering going down this route but would probably be looking to buy second hand but am struggling to see the difference. I know from Capital Seating that they require different side mounts.

Online sites seems to suggest that the ABE model is suitable for 3 point belts but it doesn't say anywhere that the FIA model is not...

Mine are ABE, as far as I know, these are always the ones I would go for, as they have full 3 point belt comparability...
