Ordered some parts on Tuesday paid the £8.50 next day courier and have had the following issues.
1.) Overcharged my card
2.) No items received (day 3)
3.) Rude staff
Been told i'm basically a liar as courier claims they tried to deliver at 12.59 yesterday (I work from the delivery address, it's on the main road and yesterday there was 4 of us all day out on the drive working on cars.)
Staff was saying, you must of gone for a drink at some point or the toilet? yes but there was always people outside and where I live we've this wonderful thing called a door bell and they could atleast card attempted delivery.
Now been told someone called 'Clifton' signed for them and I should find out who that is.
Disgraceful service, no offer to quickly send out replacements, no offer to refund me what i've paid for and not received just told to await there claim from the courier and a call back at some point if they find anything out.
Anyone else dealt with them before and had problems?
Earliest I would recieve the items would be day 6 now I guess if they do send a replacement set today.
Going to phone and get the courier tracking reference number and trace it down myself. Thankfully my work phone is a recorded line incase any disagreements occur.
