I would be very interested to hear any sound clips from modded exhausts on the Vee . The car is so cool all it needs is a meatier note - i was surprised how relatively quiet Steve's car was on Goodwood run.
The exhuasts of choice for Ferrari are Tubi or Capristo. A de catted 355 with Cap is prob THE best sounding modern Ferrari . Here's a brief clip from one of our tunnel runs . Decat Tubi and standard CS feature. My son was filming from de cat Tubi'd 355 .

I assume the standard one is nice and loud, a lot louder than standard????, that will do for me, i dont want it stupidly loud!!!

Hi, i'm a new V6 Mk1 owner in Hong Kong.
i'm very interested in the quicksilver exhaust & already email James for details. Some more thing want 2 ask u professional guys here is:
i would like to de-cat the system, can i ? if yes, where 2 get the decats pipe ? how much ? will it perfectly fits the quicksilver exhaust ? do i need 2 need another ecu ? coz i think there will b no one here in HK can remap the ecu for me. any disadvantage ? Sorry 4 so many questions but pls help ? Thanks.

All should be delivered by end of next week 16th June (except Tom).

Regarding fitting:
Adjustment on the collector box may be required to fit the back box. Please advise whoever is going to fit the b/box. Also note a new clamp may well be required as they have become corroded on some cars (and may break when loosened). This is a part that Renault stealers may not have in stock. Check to avoid delays.

The end of the group buy is 16th June.

I might forget about getting my exhaust fitted at Dastek then if there’s a chance you need new clamps. Just wish there was some bloody Renault specialist garages near Scotland but they are all down at the bottom of England!! :roll:

The QS b/box is a straight swap for the standard item. It has no effect on the fitment of decat pipes.

Post a request in "V6 Tuning and performance upgrades" for info and more assistance.
