Clio oops I did it again... Adey's Clio 200 EDC

All good on day one of daily driving. Racked up about 60 miles so far

Im dropping off some bits tomorrow to have my intake made up and Mapping has been booked for next Weds (11th) at EFI parts. Will be interesting to see how it performs on the dyno or see what issues we come up against.

So far I cant say I notice it being much laggier, I am only at light throttle but it defo picks up well. I think the decision to go with a huge DP and porting the front housing may have helped a little. In fact I noticed bigger difference in spool going from a 14t to a 19t on the f4rt Twingo, where as this is a jump from a 13t to a 21t (hybrid numbers are all odd though) this hybrid has bigger wheels front and back than my old 19t.

Really not sure tbh, so few people have gone down the hybrid turbo route. I think im looking for around/shave over 270bhp realistically, see what the dyno reveals i guess and go from there.

Did seriously look at one of these , love the mk 4 Clio’s in any spec , watching with interest, as one of my lads is showing interest in building something , l reckon you will make those numbers on the dyno

Last piece of the puzzle knocked up by a mate today. 3 inch turbo intake pipe that has the factory recirc, crankcase and boost control solenoid take offs added. Need to give the car a once over this weekend and replace an exhaust clamp but it looks like we are now ready for mapping

I can confirm that ITG filter will flow 292 hp.

So..... Slight over sight on my part. Its been advised I will need a fuel pump. Race on, sytec ordered and hopefully it'll get here with enough time for me to fit it before mapping Wednesday.....

Pump housing was whipped out this afternoon. It does require a little angle grinder action to make space (I need to revisit this to tidy up and make/buy a new inspection hatch) removed, stripped it down, and then rebuilt with the sytec fuel pump. I'll do my "check over" of the car tomorrow and we should now be ready for mapping on Wednesday.

I reckon just a normal map would get it to around 220 ish with no mods, so maybe 269ish (nice) to be safe...
