Pretty much perfect. Brake and fuel lines need new clips, new fuel pump, filter and bracket needed.

You lucky person! No doubt there will be a couple of small problems underneath the schutz, but looking along its flanks up on the ramp it is a straight old bus.

As you can see a few posts up, the fuel lines are corroded and brake lines having all incorrect clips
So a visit into my attic uncovered
So new brake clips fitted, then to address the fuel pump bracket that was just cable tied!
Don't worry, I'll get a new fuel pump. I need a few jubilees as well.
Your also notice I rubbed down all the fuel lines and treated them. And the main tank is refitted and plumbed correctly this time!
Just waiting on one t piece to arrive, then I can refit the reserve tank. I had to replace the transfer pump as it outlet nipple was snapped. I've used a new washer jet pump instead and for your info lads, the plugs don't marry up to the stock loom. So had to modify it.
The dash is now in and sorted, just need to pull out a Nos digital clock I have to fit and wire up a original stereo I bought too
Still no looking forward to going through the engine bay and front suspension, if the rest of the car is anything to go by.

Looks nice, that's a huge result.
I'd have to re-do all those brake lines though. I just couldn't deal with them. I spend hours making brake lines. If it doesn't work out spot on I'll just re do them.
I even made all Ali clips to hold these in.

there's many things that need re doing, they just aren't high on my priority list. The ex owner made these, as long as they dont leak, they'll do for me

Still need to plumb in the reserve tank, but our ramp at work has been occupied. So in the mean time I fit a new genuine clock as I couldn't find a used one in all my spares.
Chomping at the bit to see if I can get the bloody thing running. Still finding head shaking poor workmanship every time I open the bonnet and have a poke around.

Pains me to say this, but SOLD.
i lost my storage space and had no time to sort somewhere new. I had had 3 or 4 guys ask me to sell the car to them over the years, so the fella I gave first refusal to came good and collected in 48 hours, no quibbles.
I now have a load of new phase 1 goodies I don't know what to do with.
After a chat with my other half, the future plan is a bigger double garage which will hopefully have living quarters attached (
). So in the next couple of years, I'll be back in the market for another phase 1 that's not a project.
If anyone sees or knows of a half decent phase 1 that comes available, do please let me know. I will pay the correct money for a good example.

As I said through ebay, will need some ph1 bits in the future. If you have any spare kit etc.
