David I had my Ph1 in there and was told they had a specific tech that works on any V6 through the door, ;)

Yeah I'm sure they told you that Iain, however you can usually tell when Car dealers and Estate Agents are lying - their lips are moving

Hi Folks, Just thought I would give you all an update on MrBlueSky's tracking issue and the slightly "confused" dealership in Glasgow who told me categorically that the rear tracking could not be adjusted, not once but twice. Well... went in to pick up on Friday and they had even gone to the trouble of printing off part of the workshop manual to explain that "Camber & Castor" were not adjustable. Well fine I say but I wanted the Tracking done. Oh but sir the tracking is fine.. Look at this 4 wheel alignment printout. The rear tracking is within spec. Ah yes it is now after you adjusted it .. let me see, yes, yesterday, 4 days after you told me it could not be adjusted. So why did they do adjustment when they told me it couldn't be done and why only after the car had been with them for 10 days ? Ah yes because I very politely explained to Renault UK that there was a problem. Have to say that the Head office team were very helpful. Just a shame that they can't get that level of customer service into the dealerships.

Thanks to all for the advice. Know where to come in future. David

Can you notice any difference in how the car drives now David ? I certainly did :race: when I had my tracking done by Demon Tweeks

Ohhhhhhhh Yeesssssss. Just back from a weekend trip (Glasgow to Portpatrick) and it was back to it's old self. Road has a little bit of everything and it was just fabulous. I suspect it is not bang on even now so plan to get it redone by an expert once I replace the back tyres, as they don't have much life left.
