Yeah back to Pro Tuner again, need to make sure I get proper photographs and print out's this time as just took random photos of his screen last time.

My thinking is this - based on the fact he felt 270hp was available last time with a few ignition changes, then I think with manifold changes 280hp isnt too much to ask for. Anything achieved safely above that would be a bonus and of course 300 would be dream land.

All standard bottom end so interesting also to see how that plays out. Ive a spare engine in the garage in case of any catastrophic fuck ups.

Sadly the exhaust manifold doesn't fit with existing down pipe so it's back to the drawing board. Hopefully Matt can think of a solution but to me it's an excuse to go full 3" Turbo back including side exit.

This may mean I need to push mapping back which is a bit of a shame.

IMG_6154.webp Matt Rowley has come through and is sorting me a new down pipe so hopefully I will have that next week and in time for mapping.

Wrapped the new manifold today, such a shame as it looks awesome.

IMG_6172.webp I've been over to Forge today to purchase some additional boost hoses and connectors plus some smaller ID hose for water pump to header tank.

I'm now waiting for port matching on exhaust manifold to turbo flange to be completed as they are quite different in size but with any luck I'll be all up and running this weekend.

Oh, waiting for Matt to complete down pipe also.
