5 GT Turbo Carb

Take the lobster off and look down the carb, you will be able to see if the venturi has been machined. If you are unsure take a pic and stick it up on here will be able to tell. The bored out grp a carbs are generally pretty turd sadly.

Cheers I will take a look , found a standard carb to compare but it's incomplete so can't swap it . Standard main jet is a 120 from memory if you could confirm that .
 
Stock jetting sizes from memory on standard 25mm venturi

120main
125mm a/c
1mm 1st stage enrichment
2nd stage 1mm ?? Forget now :D

Took it apart yesterday ,definitely been bored out . But bored straight thus not being able to do its job , no Venturi effect , air flow not being speeded up , explaining why round town driving not great off boost. Found standard carb to rebuild. So should be sorted
 
Carb rebuild
Had to change the Venturi in the carb , main jet you could drive a bus through changed for standard 120 changed all other jets back to standard just struggling to find a oring to go on the mixture screw, does anyone know of a fix for this other than a new screw can't find one small enough?
