Indeed, do feel for the seller who sold it to WeBuyAnyCar, who I am sure made a tidy sum themselves. Given that original, low-mileage Vees are few and far between, especially Phase 1's, one must expect to pay a premium.
I really don't understand why people go to sites like WeByAnyCar, especially to sell/part-exchange a car like the Vee, unless of course they are unaware of its status as a classic, and current valuations, or as mentioned above they are as "thick as mince". A simple Google search is all that is needed! :s
