it's a 1975 C3, standard apart from an LS1 (5.7) engine. car has apparently spent most of it's life in saudi or somewhere over there and the condition of the underside backs this up. bodywork is a bit rough with bubbling in the gel coat and the rear shell has lifted where it's bonded on but nothing serious.
chassis is original and untouched and in exceptional condition.
bought it knowing it had a cracked block and is possibly scrap but at the price it was well worth it, hopefully can repair the bloc, if not £900 for a brand new block. if we get a new block then it's getting some high comp pistons thrown in, decent cam and set of itb's on it. should see it to around 500bhp with a little bit of head work as well.
just waiting for a mate in california to sort us a big block motor out and get that built up to run 700bhp 700lb/ft +
although i think he should build a boosted one, they run around 1,500bhp 1,700ft/lb.
