B18FT to F4RT

Hi there, I need help with a project of mine. I'm currently gathering information on an engine that was supposed to be from a megane 225 according to the scrapper.

This dosent seem to be the truth? The number on the back of the block reads "219787" when searching "f4rt 787" I get Laguna 2.0t 170bhp, but there isn't much more information about modifying. I'm aiming to achieve the stated 225bhp without much hassle, I'd be happy with 200bhp at this point. What would I need for this?

I have also bought a 6 speed gearbox, NDO-000. This seems to fit at least bellhousing wise. I need a clutch set for this, does anyone have any ideas on any available kits?

Story behind this conversion, my volvo 460 turbo has a B18FT (F3P+T) engine and 4hp14 automatic gearbox. I keep having reliability issues with the 4hp14 gearboxes, rebuilding is not really an option due to lack of spares. The last one I had built, failed relatively quickly.

A manual conversion while the sensible option is difficult to do because there is a distinct lack of parts and available service items. So friend thought I should attempt to update the engine and gearbox for a set that has more support and could exceed what i currently have in power, 175bhp. Younger me thought it was a good idea and bought a generic f4rt 225 engine from the bay of evil.

There is space in the frame rails for this engine and box combination to fit, I need to have some engine mounts made up for it and fit the driveshafts.

Any thoughts and advice is welcomed as well as answers to the questions iv asked. I'm going to be doing this on a bit of a shoestring budget and time budget as I also have a young family to maintain lol.

My understanding is that pistons and head gasket are different to reduce compression ratio. Heads are all the same in F4Rt. I did some research when I was replacing my blown engine in my 225. Ended up buying a Laguna GT205, and they're identical. 175 engines will have higher compression rate and are more limited with tuning, but should be good for around 200hp

The engine has green top injectors, and a mitsubishi td04 t14 turbo. I havent looked closely at the engine yet as I need a solution for mounting and a vision before anything else.
