Whats the plans for the turbo ? Chop and clock the compressor housing outlet and weld ? Watching this as i have a few spare225 parts at my disposal for turbo conversion;)

exactly that buddy. chop the swept section on the outlet off and either reweld it back on in a suitable position or just weld a stub on that i can fit a 90 degree bit of silicone too

Made a quick start on chopping the inlet manifold up. Once its all done ill tidy it up a little

Need to work on the compressor outlet next and the rocker cover breather plate

So got a little bit further and nearly everything is now in place. I will have to loose the right hand rear inlet manifold fixing point to give me a little more space but all is there roughly. Plenty to tinker with and finish on the mechanical side of things now but its all good now.

Looking good adey you not able to rotate the cold side housing a tiny bit to clear inlet.

Already have done a bit but the oil drain is getting a little too close to the exhaust manifold. I could tweak that a touch to gain a few mm i guess. Will see what i can do with some finer adjustments before removing the mount completely.

Drove the car a bit today, ive got an odd pop still on initial acceleration but goes alot smoother. I will firstly try refitting the injector ive removed already to see if it gets better but i think ill send a set for cleaning and testing. I think most missfire/running issue on these clios are down to the per cat lambda and the injectors

Mech Repairs will flow test and clean your injectors. Think Brian charged me £15 from memory.

Had a go at that cleaning thing again today. 1 bucket 1 jet wash 1 roundy thing with paste method. @PaulyVenturi lent me his spinny thing to work on the headlights, i think i made them worse tbh.... but on the body work id say any marks that were there have been reduced by about 90%. Theres a few more i found at the end that i need to revisit but the sun was trying to kill and blind me. Car looks pukka with a bit of shine to it, the silver really pops too!

im now tired and grumpy, im sure the local hand wash could of done similar for a 10er

Looks good mate, silver is not an easy colour to show the shine on, but it does have a nice flek/sparkle/pop to it :)
Ill try and finish of any machining tomorrow, then i guess it needs some sort of protection/Wax on top of it all? i think i have some poor boys paste wax and some black hole or something? what do i do lol?
