i know the circuit from back in 2007 with the 21 turbo event .

The Super 5 GT turbo club has pleasure in organising a 30 year celebrations. The dates are 9 + 10 may 2015.

The program includes 09 May at La Chatre ( a circuit ) and a torist run on the 10 May.

09 May itinery.
Saturday morning welcome to the circuit
from 0900 car show at the curcuit
Middle of dat - eat at the circuit
1400 - 1700 - parade laps wit hteh last hour the circuit is closing
during the clousre there will be a tombola and other activitues
After 1800 camping is open and you can pitch your tents.
2000 all the world (!) food and drink with misuic ( read a piss up )

10 Mai
Breakfast
tourist drive
Goodbyes ..

there is a 48 car limit for the sessions and 80 cars for teh expo ( show )

hmm not nice .
ive there is no reply or else it will not be intresed to go to there event
we all can book the hotel and then there may not be an event .
and we wont want that ofcourse.

this can be done beter in the UK (maybe) by .......................

OK guys, let's take this bull by the horns and see who's interested in this event. I've been in touch with the organisers and I think this would be the basic plan:

• Friday 8th May
  • Eurotunnel to Calais
  • 6 - 7 Hour Drive down to Le Chatre area? Might think about splitting this up??
• Saturday 9th May
  • 9am - 12pm Morning Session Trackday at Le-Chatre circuit
  • 12 - 2 Lunch
  • 2 - 5 Afternoon Session
  • 5 - 6 Parade Laps
  • 6 - 7 Raffle
  • 7 Depart for Campsite
• Sunday 10th May OPTION 1
  • Drive Back home?
• Sunday 10th May OPTION 2
  • Continue to Nurburgring or somewhere else?? - To Be discussed!

The cost for this event is based on what you want to take part in (See attached Application Form) but Basically:

• Trackday
  • Full Package including track day for Driver €75
  • Passenger €20
  • Circuit Tutor (I think) €10
• Camping
  • Adult €2.20 Each
  • Children €1.20 Each
  • Electricity Connection 3 - 6 Amps (Charge your Phone Up) €3.00
  • Electricity Connection 9 Amps (Run the fan heater for your wife/girlfriend) €6.00
  • Car Park €3.00
• Entrance Fee's
  • Adults €18.00 Each
  • Children over 10 €7.00 Each
  • Children under 10 €0

Knowing my dear wife, as many of you do, the chances of me camping, are as slim as hell freezing over, so I'd be looking at a hotel nearby and would discuss our options here.

maybe the hotels we booked in 2007 are an option .

found it already .
the hotel is in the center of chateauroux about 30 kilometers from La Chatre but enough rooms to fill it with some english /dutch people
