Hi, I am bit rusty on this; Is this the right spec and number per hub (4)?

No, 21 wheel bolts are M14. M14x1.5 IIRC..... I did a stud conversion on mine last year.

Oh, yeah, with a 60° taper.

Ps. But after a set of the cap bolts and key. Rare I guess...

Too long will catch the bearing bolt retainer heads. Too short are too short which is bad obviously. I think bolts only come in 10mm increments so best measure an OE wheel bolt before buying. I'll see if I can find my old ones later.
