Clio Williams 2.0 16V

Pages 23 & 24 added,

Feck it chris...
You're too fast for me ;)

The only bad bush was the one from arb to wishbone(on page 19)
I must do the wishbones...poly also
Not sure which wishbone to use though...

Willy one...or I heard the megane f7r is the same as a 19 16V...
Aka more caster..

Is more caster any good for a road going car??

do you mean camber?

Also more camber isn't better for a road car, camber is primarily to improve the grip of the outer tyre during cornering, you won't be cornering hard enough to justify excess camber.

It also eats tyres

No not camber...

Castor iirc,
The wishbone is bent/twisted 3.5 degrees(I think 3.5 on 19's...)
And it pushes the wheel forward,

Found a good picture explaining it during the week...
I'll try find it tomorrow :)

increased caster will just weight up the steering and as a side effect increase the self centring of the steering.

Also are you sure the caster isn't due t the fact the 19 and megane unlike the clio has 2 sets of holes to alter the caster angle

Didn't get a chance to take off the megane wishbones :(
But I found the pictures I was on about :)

These are with 19 16V wisbones :)
