Has anyone got a quadra box lying around spare? Thinking of 4x4ing the Maxi one day. What sort of power do they take and are uprated internals available? Don't suppose the bolt pattern matches the F7R?

They are 'around', could prob find one if you like. I have one that needs a rebuild if you want to use it to size up but I don't want to sell it.
They are BIG and they are HEAVY (~10st)

They start to have issues at 300hp give or take. Also very sensitive to flat shifting.

No- anything you uprate will be bespoke made to order.

Summarily, I wouldn't use one to do what you want to do. I'd find something more commonly available, with off-the-shelf upgrades, capable of holding more power and, of course, transverse mount not longtitudinal. You'd be better of looking at an EVO setup or similar (all IMO of course).

opps, didn't think of a clio. With a UN7 up front the nose will be on the floor and its arse floating in the air!
