When i sold No 185 it went for £11500 :s

Good see prices have got MUCH better, some people have done very well out of there cars.

Glad my old car is more appreciated now then back when I owned it the Cat D label was like it had aids.

Nice to see the club is still well run and very active.

Enjoy them don't hide them away.

I don't know if your meaning me that's done very well out of these cars? If that is the case it's certainly not true! If I added up what ive spent in my ownership it would total up to more than what I sold it for.

It's a great car and I'm 100% sure it's gone to someone that is going to use and enjoy it as much as I did.

I'm sure Josh will do 'very well' out of his tenure too, as it still looks like a real bargain to me.

I did feel for Steve as he put a lot of quality workmanship into the restoration process. We've got to that turning point where a 'good Cat D' is better that a neglected non-accident ageing Vee.
Attitudes have certainly changed.

Doesn't matter, i'd be well happy if something I bought went up in value. It could have gone down too. You just don't know. Its worth what its worth at the time.

I have a Clio V6 that currently owes me just under £10k, and is worth a fair whack more - great.
I have a Renault 21 Quadra that owes me about £30-£40k over the years and it's worth about £7.99 and a half eaten packet of Monster Munch.
