Whats next for you car wise ?

Diesel is better than the Petrol if you ask me....

I don't know why I prefer the Torque that Turbo Diesels provide over petrol Turbo's... on daily cars anyway. My old 225 was silly quick on the roads, easily hit 100mph in only a few seconds when overtaking, however a Diesel turbo's feel more controllable when overtaking on the road...

Diesel turbo's suit my driving style alot more, can still have fun, I am sure you remember me "over taking" a Civic Type R in my old learner diesel going into the Carousel ;)

:search.gif:I Must buy another rx8 , I keep on buying these at auctions and bloody love them , such a great car to drive , handling is good and 10000 rpm , well why not lol , and looks great , hold the traction control button for 10 seconds and do donuts untill you have no tyres left ;)
Sorry I just don't get the RX8, I'll except they are good to drive and handle well but so gutless, no torque whatsever, my girlfriends V6 Hyundai was easily as quick in a straight line as one I had a little tear up with. Appalling fuel consumption, shocking reliability - always 20 broken ones on ebay. Not attractive either and when you consider the RX7 was much faster, much better looking, handled just as well was more reliable and equally bad on fuel. In my opinion no car has ever fallen shorter of its predecessor by so much.

Got a Laguna GT tourer as my main car, chipped and DPF filter removed. (love it)
Mrs has an older megane 1.5 dci tourer which needs changing, may get a newer one or a vw tiguan not sure yet.

VW T25 camper ready for the summer
alpine 5 project - needs finishing
Gilbern Invader MK 3 - project not started
Custom chopper - needs finishing
Honda cub 90 with a yx 160cc - ready for the taffy Dakar event may bank holiday
and a Cpl of other bikes.

so no room or time for much more!!!

Sixthed (is that even a word) , Done 16 KW Solar install, new 14.4 KW electric boiler and 210 litre cylinder, Upgrade of electricity supply, in the last month. 60m of fencing next week, and new windows and door for the front of the house being installed in a couple of weeks :0(.

Then its just the inside to do!

not long picked up a blobeye wrx wagon as a family hauler, pick up a fabia vrs for the mrs on friday too, that thing is fun. really need to finish up on the 5 though, its currently 4.15 im at work and struggling to keep my eyes open. Kids great but draining an dont let up for time tinkering. For the first time in about 10 years ive put the car in to a garage for some minor work rather than sorting it myself :lazy2.gif:

Mines in now for subframe n engine swap/refit. 2 kids and a house buy means I wont have time for 'it'....she doesn't understand 'it'. Thankfully the mechanical and bodywork contract I bring to this particular garage means I don't pay labour.
