Made a template for the bolt locations of the undertray while the stuff on the bumper was drying






So then it was time to refit the bumper, not much left to do now and I can maybe think about an MOT. The passenger side main beam bulb has karked it so need to grab one of those first thing tomorrow.





Not much left to do now, the thought of actually being able to drive it is tantalisingly close.

Are you planning on getting a rep front Trophy splitter from Phil?

When I first fitted the spoiler to mine it was very noticeable how light the front end became when pushing on a bit. I was advised to get one and it made an unbelievable difference, car felt much more planted.

Already have one mate, but havent fitted it yet. Good tip though, i'll bear it in mind and get it fitted asap

Anyway, MOT today, did the headlight aim and usual stuff. Found a holed rear driveshaft boot so decided to tackle it there and then, I also took the time to remove, free off and grease all four tie rod adjusters.




Hub nut was TIGHT and shitty, took some time to get that sorted out properly too.








...and we're through! 12 months ticket. Geo Monday and its ready to rock and roll!

I've always liked them mate, great job on getting one, paint job looks decent though they all do until you see them up close, seen a few horrors this year!

I'm changing cars again soon, Skyline is all fixed up and awesome but I fancy something a bit softer for a change so time to sell and see what's out there, Jaguar XKR for a spell possibly.

Hope you get it all finished up and tearing up the tarmac soon bud.

Ouch!! I never thought these cars would rocket in price like the T1/T2's as the Clio's have little if no rally pedigree, especially like the Group B era but I seem to be wrong.
