Yes of course. A new thread will be started for Silverstone Classic 2021, with the necessary code to book discounted Car Club Display packages. As such, do keep an eye out for the forum post.

In the meantime, the 2021 event has been temporarily scheduled to be held between 30th July and 1st August (inclusive), but the final dates will be announced around December, once the dates for the F1 Grand Prix have been finalised - SIlverstone Classic is usually held a week or two after the British Grand Prix.
