Use CCD Code CCD00602019 when making the purchase, and, upon entry, if you see the following message then all is well:
"You have entered the code for Clio V6 Owners Club. Please note that your vehicle pass will only be valid for a vehicle registered with Clio V6 Owners Club and with the registration number you enter with this booking. 1 x Car Club Display Package includes 2 x Adult Tickets and 1 x Infield Vehicle Display Pass."

The organisers have stated the following, which will directly impact where our display area is located in 2019.
"In the interest of putting on the best display for our many visitors during the whole event, car clubs with consistent member representation across all three days will be given particular consideration when we plan the layout of the infield."

In previous years ,we have been fortunate enough to have been located near the Village Green, which is quite a central location. Let's aim to have 25 cars on the stand on each of the 3 days, which will no doubt have an impact on where our display area is located. As such, can we have a show of hands please?

If you have any questions please drop me a PM or call 07974 143595. I will update this post as and when I receive more information from the organisers.

Hope to see as many of you as possible, especially those of you who haven't been to this fantastic event.

Dulan

Dulan, I’ve had no issues with Silverstone, but once bashed my front bumper with off-road antics at Kimbolton. Given it’s clearance challenges - you might want to ask the organisers for paddock hard standing.

Hi, Dulan,

Thanks for setting this up for us. I'll be there, though will need to take the Westfield on one of the days (as I am the Regional Organiser for our local area) and may have a rally commitment on the Sunday (which I'll check as soon as the 2019 Competition Calendars are released).

Good going guys, we only need another 20 Vees to sign up. :)

Kett, will make a note. However, have not experienced any issues myself with the Vee (or any other car) grounding out.

Simon (Sunbeam Lotus), no problem, but if you are able to, would be great to have your Vee on Friday and Sunday.

If anybody else is interested in bringing a different Vee along then by all means get in touch and we will make it work.

Hi, Dulan,

Sunday 28th July does, indeed, see me needed at a rally in Wales. I'll see if either, or both, my sons fancy a day at the Classic - including bringing the Vee up from Oxford.

Just to add further complication, that day is also my wife's birthday! :)

Simon

UPDATE from the organisers of Silverstone Classic 2019:

The Classic dates for 2019 are set in stone

Dates for Silverstone Classic 2019 have now been confirmed for the weekend of 26-28 July! The date had already been announced but remained ‘provisional’ until Formula One’s governing body, the FIA, formally ratified its 2019 calendar at yesterday’s meeting of its World Motor Sport Council in St Petersburg. This means that the Classic will take place two weeks after the British Grand Prix at Silverstone and the dates fall perfectly into the start of the school summer holiday.

So far we've announced our brand new single-seater celebration as historic Formula One, Formula Two and Formula Three will all race at the Classic. Other grids confirmed include the the HGPCA (Historic Grand Prix Cars Association) for Pre-1966 Grand Prix Cars, the Royal Automobile Club Tourist Trophy for Historic Cars (pre-63 GT), Masters Endurance Legends, the Yokohama Trophy for FIA Masters Historic Sportscars and the Transatlantic Touring Car Trophy with more exciting news to follow in the new year. Full details of the on- and off-track family entertainment will be announced in the coming months too, so keep an eye on your inbox!

Three weeks to go before Super Early Bird tickets are withdrawn (on 31st December), so do book before this date to make use of discounted prices.

Details of how to purchase tickets (CCD package) can be found in the second post.

Will try and make the Friday as well but won't know until closer to the time.

Just need some Liquid Yellow and Mars Red cars and some Ph1s to provide a full spectrum!
