Scotland Drive - July 19th

OK people, we have been sitting down doing a bit of pin sticking and have the outlines of a route organised! :race: :race: Starting point will be over the border in Northumberland with a gentle (hurrumph!!) run exploring both sides of this iconic line of demarcation. Dates proposed so far to fit in with Farmer G's milking rota would be weekends of July 4/5th, 18/19th or August 1/2. Comments please and preferred dates! James, please note that dates do not conflict with Kimbolton, Lakes or Goodwood so no excuses for those from Englandshire not turning up! :approve:

The planning committee was tired of the route planning!

West coast run planned for September, details to follow!

Is this in addition to the dates Simon has posted Ali ? So possibly two Scotlandshire meets to choose from ?

If so I'm going to try my best to attend one of them :race:

August the 1st sounds good for me guys... But as said I'm completely available throughout those dates so if you want it further apart from the second run it's all good! :approve:

Phill, yes it will be. :) be great to have you along to either or both.

Realistically it's more than likely that I'll have to choose which of the Scotlandshire Events to attend either this one or Ali's West Coast run.

So once there's a bit more detail I can then decide which one it's going to be.

Interest has been very low so far :(

Perhaps all you southerners that go to meets and park up and just stare at your cars all day should see how we do it up here. Honestly, the Scotland run last year was the best days driving I've ever had in my life.. Roads are completely deserted up there and the company was top notch!

Where's Martin (bodyshop23) et all these days??? :s

Really enjoyed last years drive! Cracking day out all in all :race:

Whats this about a west coast run Phill? I must have missed this...?

Post number 2 mate :) The plan is to have 2 runs if the interest is there...

Seconded... There will be at least one St George flag flying all being well, and I won't have to trailer it up for this one!
