Clio Ricardo's Liquid Yellow 200 EDC

Sorry dont know the details but beyond a mild face lift what are the mech differences / improvements of the trophy over yours?

I would be tempted to retain what you have :)

A very last minute.com decision but headed over to see good friend @tutuur

Ferry booked at 5pm Friday I was heading down to Dover for the 4:20am P&O crossing to Calais! 250 miles in and stopped for V.... 1.75 euros a litre!

Arrived around 11am to see him do a bit of work, this turned up to go on next

We left them to crack on and headed back to freshen up and hit the town for beers

Drinking from around 3pm till 10pm pretty much finished the day so Saturday came to an end.

Plenty of sleep, Sunday up at 9am. Time to wash the cars ready for the main event, a massive Dutch meet between 3 car clubs at a main dealer about an hour away.

From the house we head to a local meet up point to hook up with a few more Renaults.

From there we head to the main dealer, spirited driving on the way between us which was quite cool. On arrival I'm quite blown away by the turnout of cars.

So, yeah, it was awesome! Had an amazing time looking round all the Renaults, I'm definitely going back next year. For now, the weekend was coming to a close and I had a ferry to catch Sunday night. With that I said my goodbyes and headed back to Calais, I managed to catch an earlier ferry at 7.50pm and made it home for 10.30pm.

It was 2 long days but it was absolutely worth it! 810 miles in the Clio, again it performed impeccably.

However, this is to be our last roadtrip together. On my return back to the UK midst conversations I have now provisionally sold the Clio to a private buyer. This week is now spent prepping it ready for the new owner picking it up next Monday 16th April. I didn't need to advertise, to be fair its all been so quick, easy but slightly surreal. We've done an amazing 11k together in which it's been absolutely outstanding, I've enjoyed every minute of the journey where its taken me and ultimately what it'll lead me onto.

Sadly not me, but thanks for giving me the option mate. If it had been a few months later the man maths might have been do-able!
It would have been great to see you own it, I've had a result selling it as it is though. No stripping the mods off and trading in, a better deal for me privately and in the hot seat for a good deal on one that's less than 6 months old compared to new.

I love your yellow one, I wouldn’t part with it personally, but the heart wants what the heart wants...
The facelift for me just supercedes the 200, theres so much more going on underneath and software wise. Add the exterior features like the updated headlights with the LEDs, the RS look fogs, eternal rear lights, better wheels.... For me it's a no brainer.... Personally.

@Chris Smith we can talk a out it this Saturday ;)

All the OE parts were taken out the man shed tonight and picked up. Wheels, secondary cat pipe, intercooler, pipes, plastic shrouds, airbox and battery tray.

Another step closer..
